Like many other women, I am always looking for weight loss help, i.e. weight loss diet pills that actually work. I have tried several types of diet pills over the years and have also sent for the miracle diet pills that are advertised on TV. (watch those ads, you “only” pay mailing charges for the “free” pills but if you don’t cancel your "subscription" within two weeks you get charged BIG BUCKS and end up on several mailing lists) and the only thing you lose is money!
So, do diet pills work? Well some do and some are a total waste of time and money. You need to do a bit of research before you go that route. Over the counter (OTC) diet pills often contain a combination of diuretics and stimulants. You spend a lot of time in the bathroom with most of them. Prescription diet pills often act directly on the brain to make you feel less hungry. But, watch out for side effects…some are serious and potentially harmful.
The new guys on the block are the Acai Berry and Slim9 diet pills. Both have received good reviews from users and may be the best diet pills to try.
